EasyNet Web Hosts will install the necessary server extensions for you to use FrontPage® and is happy to answer your questions related to the use of these extensions. FrontPage extensions are needed to enable you to publish your site with FrontPage and to run additional tools supported by FrontPage, such as WebBots, ToDo Lists and the FrontPage Explorer interface.
EasyNet Web Hosts does not support problems or questions directly related to the use of FrontPage itself. Instead, we will direct you to Microsoft's FrontPage technical support. EasyNet Web Hosts supports FrontPage version 2002.

You probably have some experience with upgrading software. If so, you are probably also aware of some of the pitfalls involved with such an upgrade. As we are responsible for the reliability and stability of hundreds of thousands of Web sites and email systems, we are very careful when it comes to modifying our software. As a matter of policy, we do not roll out the latest changes unless it is subjected to our extensive internal testing for at least several months. Also, we believe that it is wise to let the new release "burn in" for several months, rather than roll out the changes right away. Of course, there are some exceptions to this, such as when security holes are identified and new patches released to them. In these cases, we apply the patches right away.
